researchers found absorption and
utilization of whole food vitamin A to be much
higher than synthetic vitamin A.
Also, negative effects were associated with
the supplementation of synthetic vitamin A.
No negative effects were reported with
the intake of whole food vitamin A

vitamin B12 inhibited the activity
of vitamin B12 in the body.
